Among the sports articles and other products processed by CNC Routers, there are water boards and fins for windsurfing or surfing, cores and components for snow boards, snow skis, components and core materials for boat building, travel trailers and caravans, as well as core material for any other fiberglass products.

As for the water boards, each sport requires different performances from the product, the materials can be very different: wood and resin, sandwich of glass/wood, Carbon and Kevlar are common for boards, while for fins, fibreglass or mixture of composite materials with different contents of fibreglass are used.

Professional surfers frequently choose Carbon Lite fins constructed with a super lightweight high-density foam core and ultra stiff carbon fibre cloth or composite materials, which includes a high percentage of glass fibre for strength and stiffness.

Another pro choice is the Aercore, an incredibly light, but stiff/twist balanced material, thanks to the engineered placement of unidirectional fabric surrounding a foam filled honeycomb structure that fully cross-links the skins.
