The F Series, articulating five axes Machiníng Centres, are designed and built with rigidity, agility and flexibility in mind.

F Series specially feature an extra rigid construction with opposing slide ways on the Z axis and the reinforced cross beam to ensure straightness and squareness precision is maintained even with its extra long Y-V-axes.


FLEXIBLE VERSATILITY
12 position tool magazine travels with the X-axis carriage for improved tool changing times.
Yaw, Pitch and Roll errors are minimised, improving positioning accuracy over long distances in three dimensions.
PRECISION
Spindles are temperature constant (liquid cooled) and mounted in a compact, but strong, double sided yoke for added cutting tool support. A and C Flex-Spline drives deliver smooth interpolatíon, capable of accepting high load.
POWER & SPEED
10 kW (13 HP) liquid cooled spindle gives plenty of power to machine even the most demanding materials, such as densified wood and aerospace composites. HSK.63 tool holders are standard.

The F Series is a modular 5-Axis CNC Router tailored to suite customers specific needs and applications. Well suited for machining wood, plastics, acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, nylon, phenolics, and also N/F light metals and composite materials.
