The
doors versions are an innovative, dedicated answer to cabinet door manufacturers
who process smaller and smaller batches at mass production rates continuously.
The doors basic versions features 12-Tool Revolving ATC liquid cooled spindles
with Digital Floating System and the unique Parallel Quadrilateral Table, to
maximise production capacity.
ATCs
The B Series can be equipped with one to four Automatic Tool Changer spindles
and each spindie can be equipped with our 12 or 16 tool positions ATC.
DIGITAL
FLOATING SYSTEM
The DFS operates in real time and eliminates the risks of machining defects
due to irregular board surfaces, a frequent case on chipboard and MDF panels.
ENGINEERING
Precision ways are mounted
in captive slots to assure long term trouble free cutting Y-V axis ways and
ball screws are protected from offcuts and other damages by heavy gauge steel
covers.
PARALLEL
QUADRILATERAL TABLE
PQT allows any size of
rectangular panel to be clamped on the high vacuum clamping surface, without
fixtures, and change-over is instantaneous. High density of Pop-Ups and different
size reference stops ensure that overhang is minimised.
ALWAYS
MINIMUM OVERHANG
Workpiece overhang is
minimised to reduce workpiece bending or vibrations that might otherwise defeat
the accuracy given by our DFS. That's why our hi-gripping pods allow you to
machine even the smallest pieces at fast feed rates.
