Curved
Pieces
Mold and fixture manufacturing may require precision machining of non-ferrous
metals such as aluminum. High-speed spindle speeds and federates are optimal
for this work.

Curved
Elements
Due to the continuous efforts for a higher specialisation and to pursue
niche market strategies, many companies are looking to the nonlinear and curved
designs, specializing in these types of products.
The requirements of these products, with great consumer appeal and meeting the
more ergonomic principles, has been pushing architects and designers towards
minimal, and clean lines, whose curved shape is the key for the smoothness of
the furniture or product.
The more rigid CNC Routers grant the minimum tolerances required in these applications,
whether in wood, wood derivates, plastics or composites.
This is especially true for the complex jobs.
The easiest applications can be also obtained with an extra axis, either rotational
(Rotax), or Tilting, interpolated by CNC, while for more complex products, the
choice is 5 simultaneous axis machines.
Examples are chair components, furniture moldings, curved door and drawer fronts,
bed headboards, etc.
The flexibility of CNC Routers gives the possibility to manage a wide range
of products, machining different products at the same time, different parts
on each worktable.
